Shannon Gallagher is the Director of Operations at GFP Private Wealth, where she oversees the administration and management of the firm’s operations team. In her role, Shannon is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality client service, supporting both advisors and clients throughout the firm.
Shannon brings more than 26 years of experience at GFP Private Wealth, providing deep institutional knowledge of the firm’s processes, systems, and client relationships. She began her career with GFP in 1998 in an administrative role and has steadily expanded her responsibilities over time, reflecting her expertise, leadership, and commitment to operational excellence. Her clear and effective communication of operational processes, particularly within private investments, enhances the overall client experience and supports the firm’s advisory teams.
Shannon is deeply committed to community involvement and nonprofit service. She serves on multiple nonprofit boards, including Make-A-Wish Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana as a Young Professional Board member and Wish Granter. She is also actively involved with Drink Local Drink Tap and Providence House Crisis Nursery, and volunteers with several other organizations. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys supporting Cleveland Guardians baseball and Cleveland Monsters hockey, exploring the city as a “local tourist,” attending concerts and music festivals, and traveling.
