Rob Herman has evolved into a role as an Investment Advisor Representative at GFP Private Wealth after most recently serving as the firm’s Chairman. Drawing on decades of investment experience, Rob supports client relationships and helps extend the firm’s presence through longstanding connections within the community.
Rob brings a diverse professional background spanning investment management, strategy, and leadership. Earlier in his career, prior to serving as GFP Private Wealth CEO and later Chairman, Rob was the President and CIO of Logix Investments LLC (now part of GFP Private Wealth), a lead equity analyst with Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research, an engagement leader at strategy consultancy Monitor Company, and Chief Strategy Officer at Away.com, which was later acquired by Orbitz. He also worked as a Congressional Communications Director early in his career. He is Managing Principal of The 4100 Group Financial Services where he serves on the Board of Managers of multiple portfolio companies.
Rob is actively involved in philanthropy, serving on boards and as an advisor for institutions including the United Way of Greater Cincinnati, the Holocaust & Humanity Center, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center Foundation, the University of Cincinnati IDD Education Center while serving on various investment committees. Rob hosts the SuperPerformers podcast, powered by 4100FS. Outside of work, he and his wife stay busy raising their three teenage sons.
