Joy Hayes is an Senior Operations Associate at GFP Private Wealth, where she provides dedicated operational support to the firm’s private investments platform. In her role, Joy works closely with internal teams, fund managers, and custodians to ensure private investment activity is executed accurately and efficiently, supporting a smooth experience for both advisors and clients.
Prior to joining GFP Private Wealth, Joy served as Director of Fund Relations at Cleveland-based GLASfunds, where she acted as the primary liaison between fund managers, financial advisors, and internal operations teams. Earlier in her career she worked in mortgage servicing at Cenlar FSB and as a legal assistant handling foreclosure matters in Ohio and Kentucky. This background has contributed to her strong attention to detail, regulatory awareness, and ability to navigate complex documentation environments.
Joy takes pride in solving operational challenges that improve efficiency and reliability across the investment process. Outside of work, she enjoys strength training and competing in powerlifting. She values spending time with her family and enjoys being with her husband and two sons.
