Jennifer Condon works closely with clients at GFP Private Wealth to provide comprehensive personal and family financial planning. Her work spans retirement planning, estate and trust planning, tax planning, and asset allocation, with a focus on helping families navigate complex decisions with clarity and confidence.
Jennifer brings significant experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families, particularly in matters involving trust and estate planning. Prior to joining GFP Private Wealth, she spent more than five years as a Wealth Administrator at The Glenmede Trust Company, where she supported client relationships across multiple generations. In that role, she advised clients on trust and estate matters and played an active role in providing wealth education to younger family members. Her background as both an attorney and a Certified Financial Planner™ informs a thoughtful, integrated approach to planning, allowing her to bridge legal, tax, and financial considerations into cohesive long-term strategies.
Jennifer is committed to community engagement and philanthropic planning. She serves as a member of the Gift Planning Advisory Council for the Cleveland Museum of Natural History, supporting charitable giving and long-term stewardship initiatives.
